Good Questions for 2025

Some good questions as we shift to 2025:

I like to pick some to journal on in the pockets at the end of the year, also collect good questions to ask friends and family for deeper discussion and connection. I typically sit down in pockets of 15 minutes or so and scratch out my answers without thinking too hard.

What surprised you this year?

What were the best things you ate? Read? Watched?

Who brings your energy up?

What brought you joy this year?

When did you feel most alive this year?

Who are the new people who came into your life this year?

What challenged you this year?

What were some of your low points this year?

What was stuck on your to-do list all year? (Or… longer than that?)

What loops would you like to close?

What patterns did you find yourself falling into this past year?

What emotions are not serving you?

What actions are not serving you?

What have I been doing this year that I could cut out totally?

What kindness did you observe this year?

What do you want to learn in the new year?

Who do you want to spend more time with in the new year?

What areas of health would you like to focus on more in the new year?

What big questions would you like to spend more time noodling on?

How would you like to get moving in the new year?

What are some immediate life improvements you can make with purchases (under $100)

What habits would you like to try in the new year?

Who do you want to meet in 2025?

Who do you want to collaborate with?

What areas of your support system could you shore up in 2025?

What do you want to be known for?

What would make this year great?
